what did you think of the voyager episode where they created the cardassian hologram to perform a life-saving surgery and the entire crew immediately lost their shit?

I love that episode.  I think it’s one of those rare times where Star Trek wades into a pretty morally gray area, and I can see both sides of the arguments that were being made.  I would have to go back and rewatch it to give you a more involved opinion, but I think that episode did what good story telling does best - it makes us think about an issue without proselytizing.
