Seeing how attracted and devoted Julia was to Frank Cotton, was one of the most alienating experiences of my life. I can only imagine how utterly unloved you would feel being slobbered over by that man. Call Larry boring, if you like, but at least I would not catch him whipping out the repulsive, moth eaten moves that Frank probably used on every woman he ever discarded. That sure was some secondary school twaddle he spewed.

The sheer amount of articles I’ve seen dismissing Larry as boring and calling Julia Cotton a feminist(?!?!?) allegory because she cheats on her husband with his brother and kills him, along with like 3 other men, just to feed the life force of said brother is repulsive omfg. Frank is awful, Julia is awful, Kirsty and Larry are the only good people in that situation.
