Okay, let’s start with breasts because clearly they have them, despite their reptilian ancestry.  And thanks to Seska, we know they nurse their young.  So, yes to breasts and functional nipples.  I’ve long thought that Cardassians are not fully reptilian OR fully mammalian, but something in between.  I suspect that their milk is not milk in the sense that we think of what is produced by mammals, but that is another conversation.  As for the Cardassian vagina, I would say that both females and males have a scaled vent where human women would have their pubic mound - so not between the legs so much as just in front.  Unlike most reptiles, however, this vent is probably vertical instead of horizontal, in keeping with the line of the cleft of the bottom (again, that’s another story, but obviously Cardassians have butts).  My headcanon is that the vent/slit slightly flares when aroused, opening enough for penetration.  Like in humans, the tissue is vascular, so becomes dark and swollen during arousal.  If Cardassian women have anything akin to a clit, it’s internal.  I tend to think of the “groin spoon” as being more like what we think of in terms of clitoral stimulation during sex, and it’s something that is shared by males and females - lots of happy little nerve endings that respond well to grinding.
