I don't want to bring you down but I'm asking this because I've been in my own pit of self-reflection lately. Are you happy with where you are right now?

I’m in a better place in many ways than I have been in the past few yeas, so in a manner of speaking yes.  I’m on a path to being happy with where I am and that is something.  I’ve made a lot of progress with body image and with my career path and I’m working very hard to make positive changes for myself.

I can infer from the tone of your message that you are maybe not in a place where you are happy with yourself, and I’m very sorry to hear that, Anon.  Feel free to reach out to me again.
