Alright, folks.

You know how you’ve always been told, especially women, never to leave your drink unattended when you’re out? I’m here to repeat that bit of paranoid advice.

I don’t care how small and intimate the venue is. I don’t care how safe you think you are. do not leave your drink unattended, and if you do, don’t consume it.

I can’t say with absolute certainty, but I am pretty sure I was drugged last night. I knew better than to leave my drink alone, but I thought I was safe and I did it anyway. 20 minutes later, I could barely walk. I made it home safely, thank God, but I vomited at least five times and had a seizure (or something like one) in the middle of the night.

By all means, go out and enjoy yourselves. But always stay safe!
