Hecate’s Garden journals, screen printed and bound by hand, are currently available in both ‘bone’ and ‘besom’ in the shop! The cover paper is handmade (not by me) in Jaipur and possesses the dreamiest raw edges. This rawness attests to its composition from recycled fibers, giving each piece its own unique inclusions, texture, and edges. It was love at first sight when I saw this paper, and I’m sure most of you can guess why— It reminds me of spellbooks and specifically Winifred’s “BoooOOOooook” in Hocus Pocus! I use mine as a grimoire, however it makes a great sketchbook and journal, too.
