I am very much afraid you are wrong under many points of view.
First of all Beatrice is never seen as a “real” woman in Dante’s poems. She is never physically described, because she is not meant to be Bice Portinari herself, but a symbol for the poet. I suggest you read more about the canon of the Stilnovo, in which the woman is made into a symbol of pure courtly love, and, later in Dante’s poems, of faith and its wisdom.
Second, if we take Beatrice to be Bice Portinari, she was, for all that we know, at most one year younger than Dante, if not born in the same year.
If you want to find women that are not meant to be a symbol in Dante: look for his poetic sparring with other poets, or the poems he wrote for his wife.
If you have sources to contradict me: please, show me.
