I take Henry in for more testing in the morning.
Okay, so today consisted of three trips back and forth to the vet. Henry got his staples out, but I’m worried because the incision still has some lingering infection and because of the depth of the surgery, I’m afraid it’s going to reopen. He had to have his blood drawn every 4 hours today. This particular test requires fasting and even though he hadn’t eaten in almost 24 hours, I had trouble getting him to eat his dinner (though I did finally get some food in him).
We added pain medication and anti-seizure medication. Those combined with today’s labs were $300, putting his medical bills now at $3300.
I’m still between jobs and my current lease is up on 10/17. I don’t know where Henry and I are going to go or what we’re going to do. Please help if you can.
