Wow, Anon - I’m honored! Being kind is a choice; it’s a learned behavior that takes constant practice and re-enforcement. I’m definitely a work in progress and sometimes I fail, but it’s important to recognize the goodness in ourselves and in other and to keep trying. Everyone is dealing with their own shit, so I try to give people the benefit of the doubt. Sometimes it’s really hard.
