"The Hunter" by Andrew Nadolny

Published since 1997. Free Science Fiction, Fantasy, and Horror Webzine which offers original fiction by new and established writers published on the first Sunday of every month except January. Features include poetry, short stories, serials and novellas, flash fiction, and reviews of interest to science fiction, fantasy, and horror fans. So some of you may have noticed I’ve been gone awhile. Partly a social media break but partly to work on original stuff too. So, having said that I’m super psyched to announce that one of my short stories was published in the April edition of the awesome webzine Aphelion. You may be familiar with a little story called The Hunter I had done featuring Julian and Garak. Well, I had reworked the piece to have more of a lyrical bend as well as make it an original work so without further ado, here it is!

Ok, say you don't care about artists jobs. You suck, but I get some people truly don't care.

Here's why you should still boycott.

Game companies are spending less money and giving you an inferior product *and not charging less*

They are not paying aritsts anynore, but they are pocketing the saving and not reducing the cost to consumers.

So if you don't want to b boycott over artists being screwed, boycott over you being screwed.

Sometimes in the American, capitalist, neurotypical system, you just have to put on the shit eating grin and say you are right and I am wrong, even when that is not the case. That has been one of the hardest things for me to deal with.
