Ok, so the book of Charlotte’s Web is lovely and I adore it, but can we take a moment to talk about the masterpiece that is the 1973 animated movie? It predates me by almost a decade but I watched it countless times when I was little.
Charlotte is played by Debbie Reynolds (Carrie Fisher’s mother) and she has such a good singing voice. If you don’t care for the animation, you have to respect the soundtrack. Don’t believe me?

Like the book, this movie will rip your heart out and you won’t even regret it.
