Hmm, I thought more like 5/Bashir followed by 6/Bashir. But now I’m intrigued by Vorta sandwich idea!!
..though I personally headcanon Vorta as ace, so it would be more like a cuddle sandwich (at least in my head. Of course everyone is free to eat the sandwiches they like).

The Vorta species as a whole doesn’t know sexual desire, because the founders thought of this need as an unnecessary distraction, especially because there is no use of it for people, who ‘reproduce’ through cloning. So the species isn’t naturally ace, but because of their genetic manipulation.
(That said, without the genetic manipulation, ace Vorta individuals would exist nonetheless, their asexuality being natural and not the result of a directed suppression.)
Far away from the influence of the Dominion, Bashir helps Weyoun 6 to get rid of his implants and the (already ‘defect’) genetic programming, at least as far as possible.
One of the consequences is the reappearance of his previously suppressed sexuality. And man, he needs some folks to explore these new sensations!
