If you can’t handle a month of vibing in your room without anything to do but circle those four walls, imagine how zoo animals feel while you watch them and take photos of their permanent isolation.
Oh yes, zoo animals truly live horribly dull lives
Absolutely nothing to do in their habitats
All they do is pace their dark, gray concrete cages
Just hoping for some color and joy in their lives
Never to know happiness from fun toys
Or delicious new foods
I pity these poor creatures that live in squalor
Can I please hire someone to provide enrichment and a varied diet for me on a daily basis?
I spend up to 10 hours a day providing my animals at work with a clean, safe and secure environment, and making sure their social, mental and physical needs are filled to the highest standard of care. I wish I had some one who would offer me free room service, free health care, free house keeping, and free personal training and fun things to do!
