how do vessels traveling at warp not hit each other? do they just assume the statistical likelihood of hitting another ship in space is too low? is there no FAA (federation aerospace administration) to regulate warp speed vessels?
I’m assuming that’s what long range sensors are there for - so they can detect a ship coming and change course to avoid it.
