You don’t need a reason not to have sex with someone. If you’re a lesbian with a preference for lesbian women, that’s fine.
What isn’t fine is implying bisexual women are disgusting by proxy and being blatantly homophobic/biphobic by calling men who have sex with men, which includes DL straight men, “disgusting.” What does disgusting mean here? It means having STIs. And then there’s the sprinkle of serophobia at the end, which when related to men who have sex with men is especially insensitive to the AIDS epidemic that decimated the community.
Please know that people like this are biphobic and homophobic. They don’t just hate bisexual women. They hate men and try to disguise their use of age old homophobic insults by saying “DL straight men”—what they mean are questioning men, closeted bisexual men, and closeted gay men. Don’t let them fool you. This isn’t new.
Also women who exclusively have sex with women can still get STIs. It’s a misconception that STIs are only spread in sexual relationships with men. Know the risks and stay safe.
