my fave thing abt fandom is definitely the way that ppl like… reimagine netire character dynamics based on absolutely nothing, then presume that theyre canon, and then from there judge ppl who respond to the media in ways that do not correspond to their specific entirely made up reading of the source material

Game companies are spending less money and giving you an inferior product *and not charging less*
They are not paying aritsts anynore, but they are pocketing the saving and not reducing the cost to consumers.
So if you don't want to b boycott over artists being screwed, boycott over you being screwed.
