Sometimes (but not always) cis men take trans guys coming out a little better in my experience because they’re like “Oh okay so your ‘one of the guys’ thing was literal. I got you.” and then they fill you in on sports ball lore thinking that they’re being helpful. They’re not helpful, but it’s sweet that they’re trying.
