It’s established in DS9 in 3x15 “Destiny” that Cardassians flirt by being salty, being aggressive, and by arguing. So, that being said...there’s not a lot of instances where we see Cardassians who aren’t being aggressive and salty.

Game companies are spending less money and giving you an inferior product *and not charging less*
They are not paying aritsts anynore, but they are pocketing the saving and not reducing the cost to consumers.
