I’m German. Our schools teach us about what the Nazis did to get the power in our country. They teach it to us in history lessons almost every year.
Believe me, what is happening in the US rn and what has been happening under Trump for quite a while now feels very, very similar.
Have people already forgotten the March on Rome or Hitler’s Coup in 1923 (that failed but he succeded a decade later as we all know)? There are many examples in history we should never forget so we can read the signs and act. And now you need to act or it will be too late. Trump needs to go to jail, we all heard him incite his followers to march on the Capitol. Just a well-meant advice from a German.
