BEST CHOCOLATE PANNA COTTA IN UNIVERSE
GUYS I’ve invented a nearly-foolproof vegan chocolate panna cotta that’s better than normal panna cotta:
Half tsp agar powder
150g dark brown sugar
50g good dutch cocoa
Pinch of salt
400g tin coconut milk (for extra chocolate) or cream (for extra richness)
Two tablespoons vanilla
Some little fruit bits (I recommend frozen raspberries)
Put everything except the fruit and vanilla in a saucepan, and boil over high heat while stirring with a fork or whisk. Once it’s boiling properly, let it boil for at least 30 sec, then stir in vanilla and add fruit, Pour into a decorative bowl or a bowl you can turn it out of, and refrigerate till solid.
