With regards to Cardassian military uniforms, (besides them being the equivalent of the slutty video game armor option) do you think they have built-in heating? I imagine that because Cardassians are cold-blooded, they would need some adequate external sources of heat, and the sun isn’t always super accessible. Similarly, even while a Cardassian starship/station has an agreeable 32° C temperature, it probably still makes sense to have its personnel have near-constant access to heaters.
If this is the case, now I want Cardassian armor even more.
I am more inclined to believe that the material itself is unimaginably thermal.
