one of my favorite things about people, and yeah maybe i’ll get some snotty takes on this because i know you’re not supposed to do it, is that if we see another animal, including a wild animal, and we have food usually our #1 impulse is to go, “hey, you want some of this food?”
like how wild is that. imagine seeing a lion and its first impulse is to bring you over some impala. there was a great video of a seal trying to feed a diver a dead penguin. just something i like about intelligent life on earth.
