I drew @ladyvean ‘s awesome OC Zatara, because I love both of them! <3

As you know, dear V, I saw a very similar dress in a shop once and it made me  think of you immediately - and if it can’t be in your wardrobe, it has to be in Zatara’s! I wasn’t completely sure about her hairdo, so I kept it close to the fanarts I’ve seen of her so far. And yes, she has one hand with black nails/claws and one with white, because black nails in front of black dress equals no nails she’s just that stylish~
