Is your OC known for having temper tantrums?  If not, what gets them really angry?  What makes their blood boil?  Is there any way to calm them down or are they unstoppable?  What are they like when they’re angry?  Do they take it out on their loved ones?

Not temper tantrums exactly, but you definitely don’t want to be on her bad side.  She has largely internalized the hatred her own people have for those with her genetic condition and says it doesn’t bother her, which is not untrue.  Sometimes she doesn’t even notice anymore.  But it can take its toll and you don’t want to be around when it does.  She is reasonably good at controlling her impulse towards violent outbursts publicly, but can be pushed into action when she’s had enough.  As a general rule, though, she knows the importance of maintaining a certain image of placidity and will instead take her revenge on those who have wronged her more subtly.  She once killed three lowly enlisted Cardassians on Terok Nor when it got back to her that they were criticizing Damar for taking her to bed because of her appearance and made it look like an engineering accident.  Her justification was that it was dangerous for people to even suspect they were sexually involved (as she was using him to get information to smuggle back to the Federation at the time - it’s complicated), but deep down she was angry and hurt by their words about her, plain and simple.

Does your OC collect anything?  Is there a reason?  When did they start and is it beginning to turn into a little bit of a hoarding issue?  What do they do with their collection?

You know, she really doesn’t.  If anything, I would say she tends to hoard food (as in, we can’t eat this, we need to save it just in case), but that comes from food scarcity and living on the streets when she was very young.
