1) Do you have a good relationship with your parents?

Do any of us, really? There’s a history of emotional abuse for sure, especially with my mother. Both of my parents have had substance abuse problems - among other things. So, my relationship with them is difficult. That being said, I love them both very, very much. My father passed away during the pandemic and that was hard. As much as my mother can give me horrible anxiety, I wouldn’t want anything to happen to her.

2) Who did you last say “I love you” to?

The one who has my heart.

3) Do you regret anything?

I try to live without regret, but there are some things… Telling my father not to come by because we were all supposed to be isolating/social distancing during the height of the pandemic comes to mind. He wanted to bring me a treat and I said no. Abs now I will never see him again.
