Nah you can submit random shit because it overloads their servers, especially when there is currently no attachment limit. Eva Galperin is a technical advisor at EFF and if it was necessary to make it seem real she wouldn't suggest "arbitrary strings". The point is to overload their servers and bring the whole thing down, not just make them waste time. Total disruption.
