That’s an interesting question, and I have been trying to give it some thought… It may be because I am home with a virus right now, but my brain is kind of fuzzy and nothing specifically is springing to mind.

I guess I would just say that I feel so privileged to get to care for and build relationships with these remarkable individuals that share our world, and to get to help save species from extinction and get others excited about wildlife conservation.

There was one red-foot tortoise who would always come out of his burrow and stand on my foot while I was cleaning his enclosure, and that always tickled me.
