if you watched a widely discussed cult classic film hoping for a good time only to be exposed to some random instance(s) of egregious sexual assault/racism/sexism that literally no one thought to bring up while singing the virtues of the movie and why you should watch it you may be entitled to financial compensation
i am literally not vaguing any particular movie here because nearly every cult classic film and fandom ive ever interacted with has had this problem. my point is that if you can spend 100 words on reasons why someone should watch a movie then u can spare 10 of them to warn people of potentially triggering content
