President Biden spoke out against political violence. Any political violence is wrong, he said, regardless of who instigates it. Let’s disagree, he said, and have arguments about what we want to do, without the threat of violence hanging over all of us.
Seems reasonable, and long overdue.
Obviously, the entire Republican party decided that he was speaking out against them, personally and specifically, even though he explicitly said “not all Republicans.”
And that’s where I disagree with the President. It is all Republicans. After January 6, there are no Republicans left. There are only ex-republicans and fascists.
