soryr for answering this late BUT YA Weyoun is super evil I know he’d nuke an orphanage no problem. Like he can be sillyfunny and still love carnage they go hand in hand.

I like to assume he thinks of himself as a very reasonable kind hearted person because he’s going to execute you by having you shot point blank in the face in front of your family instead of eaten alive by spiders or whategver He’s such a reasonable person
