I love seeing little kids in love with "weird" things. Just pure delight over something that would usually be used to create something spooky/scary.

in the first part of the clip, the little girl (pink jacket) is doing a behavior you see with young children (like, from infancy to four or five years) where they open and close their hands because they want something (my family calls this “the gimmee hands”). to my knowledge, it’s a piece of software humans come with-- it’s not really learned, it’s innate. it was the first thing i noticed in the video and it’s so delightful. no fear, just love.
