Happy Thanksgiving! Fernanda is grateful to be safe, alive, and loved; I am grateful for the beautiful souls who have decided they don’t need to center this joyous holiday around the mutilated carcass of a brutally murdered animal. Turkeys are friends, not food! Just look at how Fernanda loves to get snuggles. She is a sweet and caring little girl, a life just as worthy of living as any of us.
